How do I find the IMEI?

Dial *#06# on the phone. The IMEI is the 15-digit number. It is also printed on the box.

What do the colours mean?

• Green: Clean. No problem has been reported.
• Yellow: Reported stolen. GSMpad is checking it. Do not buy.
• Red: Stolen, confirmed with a police report. Do not buy.
• Grey: The record is being updated. Check again later.

My phone was stolen. What do I do?

Report it here with your phone number and your Owner PIN, then tap the stolen phone. It is blocked at once. Add the police paper and your ID to finish.

Is my search saved?

No. Checking an IMEI leaves no trace.
